• DANTES/DSST exam credit will be entered on a student’s Northeast Community College transcript only if the student is currently enrolled or has graduated from Northeast Community College.
• Every institution sets its own policies regarding DANTES/DSST. If you think you might transfer to another institution you should know the policy of both institutions before you take the exam.
• You can take only two exams on any given exam date.
• You must wait six (6) months (180 calendar days) to retake a failed DANTES/DSST exam
• DANTES/DSST minimum score varies according to the exam –Minimum scores range from 45 to 48.
• DANTES/DSST testing is paper-pencil or computer based. If you take the paper-pencil test, you will receive your test results in approximately four weeks. Computer-based results you can review your score online at http://ibt.prometric.com/dsst and you should receive a printed DDST Candidate Score Report
