This course may be taken for CEU's and/or takend in conjunction with the Principles and Practices course to qualify for the licensing exam.

REAL ESTATE PRINIPLES AND PRACTICE (#0040)
Required course that must be successfully completed before taking the licensing exam in that state of Nebraska and/or Iowa. Student will acquire a broad base of knowledge about the real estate industry including License Law. Course covers real estate career opportunities and independent contractor status.
