Members of an academic community are expected to conduct themselves in a mature and responsible manner. It is the policy of Northeast Community College (NECC) to allow students maximum freedom consistent with good scholarship and good citizenship. Good citizenship implies high standards of conduct both on campus and elsewhere, and requires conformity to the laws of the United States, State of Nebraska, and its subdivisions, and to NECC policies and regulations. Student conduct is governed by this statement of Student Responsibilities, Rights, and Freedoms.
